This policy explains how ASTRIO LLC (“ASTRIO”, “we”) processes personal data of visitors of astrio.net.

What we collect

When you send a request through a form, we receive your name, contact details (email, phone or messenger) and the message you write. We also record technical data about the visit: the page the form was sent from, the source of the visit, your browser and approximate location by IP address.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and keep in touch about your project. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated mailings.

How long we keep it

Technical data about the visit is deleted after 12 months. Requests and correspondence are kept while they are needed for our work with you or required by law.

Cookies

The site uses cookies needed for it to work and to remember your choices (for example, that you have closed the cookie notice). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@astrio.net.
